Who we are
Lumen Studio is a photography studio at 230 NW 29th Street, Miami, FL 33127. This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. Questions about it go to hello@lumen.studio.
What the contact form collects
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, the type of shoot you are asking about, a preferred date if you give one, and your message.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or anything else through the form, and we ask you not to include them in the message.
Why we use it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare an estimate and, if you book, plan the shoot with you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
The site's hosting provider and our email provider process the message so it can reach us. Neither uses it for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
If you do not book, we delete the enquiry twelve months after our last exchange. If you do book, we keep the correspondence with the booking records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@lumen.studio from the address you used and we will reply within thirty days.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle enquiries, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
